How do I Log Time While Replying a Task?

To log time from the task detail page in OrangeScrum, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your OrangeScrum account using your credentials.
    2. Once logged in, navigate to the task detail page. This page displays the specific details and information about a particular task.
    3. On the task detail page, locate the section “Time Logs” related to time tracking or time logging. This section is usually labelled “Time Log,” “Track Time,” or something similar.
    4. Click on the “Time Log” section or tab to access the time logging functionality.
    5. Within the time log section, you will find a form or input fields to enter the time details as “Manual time entry”.
    6. Fill in the required information, such as the date, duration, and any additional notes or comments related to the time spent on the task.
    7. Once you have entered all the necessary details, click on the “Save” button to log the time for the task.

After that, click on “Overview” and scroll down to find the comment section. Here, you can tag a user by using the “@” symbol followed by their username (e.g., @Emily). As you start typing the username, a dropdown list will appear, allowing you to select the desired user. Once you have tagged the user, you can post your comment relevant to the task. Finally, click on the “Post” button to publish the comment.
