What is the Difference Between Predefined and Custom filters?
In Orangescrum, filters are used to sort and search tasks based on specific criteria. There are two types of filters available: Predefined and Custom filters.
Predefined filters are the default filters provided by Orangescrum. These filters are designed to help you quickly find tasks that meet specific criteria, such as tasks that are due today or tasks that are assigned to a particular user. Predefined filters cannot be modified, but you can use them as a starting point for creating custom filters.
Custom filters, on the other hand, are filters that you create based on your specific needs. With custom filters, you can specify your criteria, such as tasks that are overdue and assigned to a particular user, or tasks that are in progress and have a high priority. Custom filters are more flexible than predefined filters because you can define the criteria yourself.
The main difference between predefined and custom filters is that predefined filters are fixed and cannot be modified, while custom filters are created by you and can be modified as needed. Predefined filters are useful for quickly finding tasks based on common criteria, while custom filters are useful for creating complex searches based on your specific needs.
