What is App Settings?

The App Settings section in CRM LEAF allows you to configure key system-wide preferences such as date/time format, timezone, currency, and language. These settings impact how data is displayed and localised across all modules and users.

Fields in App Settings

Setting Description
Date Format Choose how dates appear (e.g., DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY).
Time Format Choose between 12-hour or 24-hour time format.
Default Timezone Sets the timezone for all system-wide activities and logs.
Default Currency Specifies the default currency (e.g., ₹, $, €) used in financial modules.
Language Sets the default language for the application interface.
Datatable Row Limit Defines how many rows of data appear by default in tables and reports.

How to Use – App Settings

Navigate to Settings > App Settings.
Select your preferred values for:

  • Date Format

  • Click Save to apply the changes across the system.

What is Client Signup URL?

The Client Signup URL is a unique link generated for your CRM LEAF instance that allows external clients to register directly on your portal.

URL should be shared with potential or existing clients who need access to the system.

How to Use – Client Signup URL

  • Copy the Client Signup URL from the Client Signup Settings page.
  • Share this URL with your client via email, chat, or website.
  • Clients can register themselves using the form linked through the URL.
  • Upon signup, they gain access based on the default client role configuration.

Use Case

Automates client on boarding without manual user creation.
Enables secure and quick client registration.
Useful in service-based environments where clients require project visibility or interaction.
