Can I Edit a User Profile?
Yes, in OrangeScrum, you can edit a user profile. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log in to your OrangeScrum account using your credentials.
- Navigate to the left menu “Users” management section.
- Here you can find all the details about users.
- Locate the user profile that you want to edit from the list of users.
- Click on the user’s name or profile to access their details and settings.
- Click on the 3dot option in the top right corner > Edit Profile. (Refer to Image-1) and make changes to the user’s profile.
- In the edit profile form, you can modify various details such as the user’s name, email address, Avatar, Skills, Time zone, and any other relevant fields.
- Update the necessary information according to your requirements.
- Once you have made the desired changes, click on the “Update” button to save the updated user profile.

Note: If you’re changing the email id, an activation email will be sent to the new email id. Password remains the same till you change it yourself. If the user is under multiple company, you cannot edit the profile.Please note that the ability to edit user profiles may depend on your access rights and permissions within OrangeScrum
