1.  Click on the **Profile Icon >Company Settings > [User Role Management](http://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/cloud-category/user-role-management/)**
2.  Navigate to the **Role Group** and Click on the desired **Role** that you want to set preferences for
3.  Click on **Tasks** and unmark  **All task** under **View** section.
4.  Click on **Save changes**.
