Company Settings: Configure Your Organisation’s Core Information

What is Company Settings?

The Company Settings section in CRM LEAF is used to configure and manage your organisation’s core identity information. It allows administrators to define how the company is represented within the system, across reports, client communications, and internal modules.

Fields in Company Settings

Field Description
Company Name* The official name of your organisation.
Company Email* The primary email address for communication.
Company Phone* The main contact number for your business.
Company Website Your organisation’s official website URL.

All starred fields (*) are mandatory.

Use Case

The Company Settings are used to ensure that your company’s branding and contact information are consistent across:

  • Invoices and financial reports
  • Email notifications sent from the system
  • Client-facing modules and dashboards
    Internal documentation and exports

When to Use

Use the Company Settings section when:

  • Setting up CRM LEAF for the first time
  • Updating business contact details or rebranding
  • Ensuring consistency in communication and reporting
  • Switching domains, phone numbers, or public-facing information
