In CRM Leaf, an Employee is a registered member of the organization’s workforce, maintained through the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) module. Each employee has a dedicated profile that stores key information such as identity, job details, contact data, access roles, and compensation structure.
This module simplifies HR operations, tracks employee activity, and integrates with project and time management tools across the system.

To create and register a new employee profile in the system:

3.Click Save to finalize employee creation.

CRM Leaf provides two convenient methods to invite employees to join the platform:
Method 1: Invite by Email
An email will be sent with a login invitation link, allowing the employee to access the system and complete their profile.
Method 2: Invite by Link
This is useful when inviting multiple users at once or using external communication platforms.
