
The Employee Salary module in CRM LEAF allows HR teams to configure, manage, and track salary information for each employee.

To export employee salary records:

| Edit/Delete Salary Entry | Use the Action column to update or remove an employee’s salary record. |
| Export Salary Data | Go to Employee Salary > Export to download salary data in Excel. |
Q: What is the salary cycle?
A: The salary cycle determines how often an employee is paid, such as Monthly or Bi-Weekly.
Q: Can I generate payroll for any employee?
A: Only if Allow Payroll Generate is set to Yes in their salary record.
Q: How is the net salary calculated?
A: The net salary is calculated after applying deductions and allowances defined in the assigned Salary Group.
Q: Does the export file include the employee’s department?
A: Yes, the Department column is included in the export file for better classification.
Q: Can I change the salary cycle or group later?
A: Yes, click Edit in the Action column to make changes to the salary cycle or group.
