Exporting Tickets in CRM Leaf

Exporting tickets is useful for:

  • Audit and compliance purposes
  • Reporting and KPI tracking
  • External reviews or third-party handovers
  • Offline backup or detailed internal analysis

How to Export Tickets

  1. Go to:
    Work > Tickets
  2. Apply filters (by date, project, priority, agent, etc.), if needed
  3. Click the Export button

The file is downloaded in .xlsx (Excel) format

Fields Included in the Export:

  • Ticket ID
  • Subject
  • Description
  • Status
  • Priority
  • Assigned Agent
  • Creation Date
  • Resolution Date

Ticket exports allow support teams and managers to review performance, identify patterns, and ensure no requests fall through the cracks.
