Exporting Tickets in CRM Leaf
Exporting tickets is useful for:
- Audit and compliance purposes
- Reporting and KPI tracking
- External reviews or third-party handovers
- Offline backup or detailed internal analysis
How to Export Tickets

- Go to:
Work > Tickets
- Apply filters (by date, project, priority, agent, etc.), if needed
- Click the Export button
The file is downloaded in .xlsx (Excel) format
Fields Included in the Export:
- Ticket ID
- Subject
- Description
- Status
- Priority
- Assigned Agent
- Creation Date
- Resolution Date
Ticket exports allow support teams and managers to review performance, identify patterns, and ensure no requests fall through the cracks.
