What are Finance Settings?

The Finance Settings module in CRM LEAF centralises configuration options related to invoices, credit notes, estimates, and Quick Books integration. It allows businesses to personalise financial documentation, manage invoice sequences, and automate reminders to improve billing accuracy and client communication.

  • Invoice Settings
    Invoice Logo: Upload a company logo for branded invoices.
    Authorised Signatory Signature: Upload a signature for invoice authentication.
    Language: Set the language for invoices.
    Due After: Set default payment due period (e.g., 15 days).
    Send Reminder Before: Configure automatic reminders before the due date.

    Specify which client details (e.g., name, email, address) should appear on the invoice.
