Every tier has **unlimited users** — you are not billed per seat. What changes
between tiers is which modules you get, and the project and storage ceilings.

## How Cloud differs from Community

The [Community Edition](https://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/guide/community/get-started/introduction) is free and
open source, and covers projects, tasks and manual time entry. Cloud adds
everything else — agile, Gantt, resourcing, reporting, integrations, SSO and the
API — and we operate it for you.
