How Can I Add Custom Workflow to Project?

There are two ways you can custom task status to the project.

  • From Quick Links
  • From Status workflow settings

From Quick Links:

  1. Click on Quick Links>Project
  2. In create project pop-up, provide project name, short name, priority, project template (if any).
  3. Select your workflow in Choose your workflow.(Refer Image-1)
  4. Click on Create.

Or,

From Status workflow settings:

  1. Click profile icon >Company settings> Status workflow settings
  2. Click on the status name and click Create Project.(Refer Image-2)
  3. Provide project name, short name, priority, project template (if any).
  4. Select your workflow in Choose your workflow.

       

Note- You cannot change the Workflow once the project is created.
