# How can I allow user to view time log of all the resources?

-   Navigate to **Profile icon > Company Settings > User Role Management**
-   Click on [Timelog](https://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/cloud-category/using-orangescrum/#time-log) module of the specific role to which user is assigned.
-   Check the “**View All Resource** ” & “**View All Timelog**” option under View section. This will allow users to view Time log for all the resources.

-   In similar way, if you would mark “[**Resource Utilization**](https://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/what-is-resource-utilization/)” & “**Resource Availability**”, then the user will be able to see the utilization and availability status for all the users.
