1.  Click on the profile icon and click on ‘**Company settings’.**
2.  Click on **‘Status workflow settings’.**
3.  Click on the status name.
4.  Click on the edit icon to status name to edit task status.

P.S.:- You can only [delete the status](https://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/why-cannot-i-delete-some-task-statuses/) if no task is assigned to it.
