# How do I assign tasks to a particular group or category in Orangescrum?

1.  Login to orangescrum and click on the “task” from the left menu.

2\. Click on the “+” to create a new task.

3\. While creating a new task you can define the task group on which you want to add a task.(Refer image-1)
