How to Add and Edit Projects

To create a new project in CRMLEAF, navigate to:
Work > Projects → Click Add Project

Fields to Fill:

  • Short Code: Unique project identifier for easy reference.

  • Project Name: Clear and descriptive project title.

  • Start Date / Deadline: Define project duration with start and end dates.

  • Project Category: Classify the project by department or functional group.

  • Project Summary: Briefly outline project objectives or scope.

  • Notes: Add internal notes relevant to the team or stakeholders.

  • Public Gantt Chart (Enable/Disable): Share the Gantt view via public link.

  • Public Task Board (Enable/Disable): Allow external access to task board view.

  • Task Approval Requirement (Enable/Disable): Require admin/project admin approval before task execution.

  • Project Members: Assign team members to the project. Members receive updates and access.

To edit an existing project, click the Edit icon from the project list, make the necessary changes, and save.
