Managing Interview Schedules in CRMLEAF

The Add Interview Schedule Module in CRM LEAF enables recruiters and HR teams to plan, manage, and track interviews efficiently. It connects job openings, candidates, and interviewers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process with clear scheduling and communication.
How to Add a New Interview Schedule

- Go to Recruit > Add Interview Schedule.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Job: Select the job position related to the interview.
- Candidate:Choose the candidate being interviewed.
- Interviewer:Select one or multiple interviewers from the list (e.g., Abraham, Amie Green, Beaulah Hansen, Eliezer Littel, HRMS DEMO, John Williams, Mafalda Goyette, Marcia Waelchi, Yasmeen Ruecker V).
- Round: Specify the interview round (e.g., HR Round, Technical Round, Manager Round).
- Interview Type: Choose the mode of the interview (e.g., In-person, Video Call, Phone).
- Start On:Select the interview date (e.g., 19-05-2025).
- Start Time:Select the interview start time (e.g., 04:45 PM).
- Comment for Interviewer: Optional notes or instructions for the interviewer.
- Comment for Candidate: Optional notes or reminders for the candidate.
Click Add Interview Schedule to save the appointment.

Exporting Interview Schedules

- Interview schedules can be exported by default to Microsoft Excel for sharing, analysis, or record-keeping.
- Path: Go to Recruit > Interview Schedule > Export to download the interview calendar.
Calendar Views
Easily visualize interviews using different calendar layouts:
- Month View: See all interviews scheduled within a month.
- Week View: Focus on one week of interviews.
- Day View: View all interviews planned for a specific day.
- List View: See interviews in a chronological list format.
