Job Application Management: Adding, Viewing, and Exporting

The Add Job Application Module in CRM LEAF helps organizations collect, track, and manage candidate applications for open job positions. It streamlines candidate data collection, application status updates, and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

How to Add a New Job Application

Go to Recruit > Add Job Application > Create New.
Fill out the following fields:

  • Jobs: Select the job the candidate is applying for.
  • Name: Enter the candidate’s full name (e.g., John Doe).
  • Email: Enter the candidate’s email address (e.g., johndoe@example.com).
  • Phone:Enter the candidate’s phone number (e.g., 987654321).
  • Location:Enter the candidate’s current location (e.g., California).
  • Total Experience: Specify total years of professional experience.
  • Current Location: Candidate’s present city or state.
  • Notice Period: Candidate’s notice period before joining.
  • Status: Select current application status (e.g., Applied, Phone Screen, Interview).
  • Application Source: Indicate where the application came from (e.g., Referral, Job Portal).
  • Cover Letter: Optional field for the candidate’s cover letter or remarks.
  • Click Save to submit the application.

Quick Add Form

Use the Quick Add Form to rapidly input candidate details linked to jobs and locations.

Use the table to:

  • View and manage all job applications.
  • Track candidate status and details.
  • Edit or remove entries as needed.

 

Importing Job Candidates

  • Upload candidate data in bulk from files of type xls, xlsx, or csv for faster data entry.
  • Path: Go to Recruit > Add Job Application > Import Job Candidates > Upload file.

 

Exporting Applications

  • Job application data can be exported to Microsoft Excel for review, filtering, and reporting.
  • Path: Go to Recruit > Add Job Application > Export.

Application Status Board View

Track application progress with status boards:

  • Applied
  • Phone Screen
  • Interview
  • This board view helps recruiters monitor candidates through the hiring pipeline visually.

Edit/Delete Use the Action column for updating or removing applications.
