Round Robin Method

What is Round Robin?

Round Robin is a task distribution method that assigns leads or tasks sequentially and evenly among team members to ensure fair workload distribution.

  • Equal Distribution: Tasks are divided evenly among agents.
  • Sequential Assignment: Each new lead is assigned to the next team member in order.
  • Fair Rotation: Prevents overload by rotating assignments fairly.

Example

If you have three agents — Agent A, Agent B, and Agent C — the leads are assigned as follows:
1st lead → Agent A
2nd lead → Agent B
3rd lead → Agent C
4th lead → Agent A (rotation continues)

This method promotes balance and efficiency in managing incoming leads or tasks.
