The Notice Module in CRM LEAF helps organisations communicate important information effectively to employees, clients, or both. It captures notice details such as heading, audience, department, and attachments—supporting timely announcements, targeted communication, and record-keeping.

To manually add a new notice:
Go to Notice Board > Add New Notice.
Fill out the following fields:
To Employees: Select if the notice is for employees.
To Clients: Select if the notice is for clients.
Notice Heading:Enter the title of the notice (e.g., New year celebrations at office).
Department: Select the relevant department issuing the notice.
Select Employee: Choose one or more employees from the list:

Beaulah Hansen
Notice Details: Enter the full notice content or description.
Add File: (Optional) Upload any relevant attachments or files.
Click Save to publish the notice.

Exporting Notice Records
Notice data can be exported by default to Microsoft Excel for record-keeping, audits, or reports.
Path: Go to Notice Board > Export to download the notice list.
