The Overtime Request Module in CRM LEAF allows employees to request extra working hours beyond their standard schedule. HR or managers can review, approve, reject, or keep requests pending. This module ensures transparency in tracking additional hours worked and supports accurate payroll adjustments when applicable.

How to Submit an Overtime Request

To manually request overtime:
Go to HRMS > Overtime > Add Request.
Fill out the following fields:
Employee: Select the employee requesting overtime.
Date: Choose the date the overtime occurred.
Hours / Minutes: Enter the overtime duration (e.g., 2 hrs 30 mins).
Reason: Briefly explain the reason for working overtime.
Click Submit to send the request for approval.
