Overtime Management and Pay Code Configuration

Feature Descriptions

Pay Code:Unique identifier used to define how overtime compensation is calculated—either as a multiplier of hourly rate or a fixed amount per hour.

Overtime Calculation

Two types are supported:

  • Multiplier (e.g., 1.5x hourly pay)
  • Fixed Amount (e.g., ₹300/hour)

Overtime Policy:Defines rules for overtime, such as which pay code applies and whether it’s allowed for weekends, holidays, or night shifts.

Employee Overtime Policy Assignment:Associates employees with specific overtime policies based on their roles or schedules.

Employee Hourly Rate:Base hourly wage used to calculate overtime when a multiplier-based policy is applied.
