Work Reports in CRMLEAF: Vendor, Purchase, and Inventory Insights

 

The Reports section in the Work module of CRM Leaf provides detailed insights into purchasing, vendor performance, and inventory operations. These reports help businesses make informed decisions, track spending, monitor stock levels, and maintain financial accuracy.

1. Vendor Report

  • The Vendor Report summarises financial activity with each vendor. It includes:
  • Vendor Name– The name of the supplier.
  • Billed Amount – Total amount invoiced by the vendor.
  • Amount Paid– Total payments made to the vendor.
  • Closing Balance– Outstanding amount still owed.
    This report helps you manage payable and assess vendor account status at a glance.

2. Purchase Order Report

  • The Purchase Order Report gives an overview of procurement activity per vendor. It includes:
  • Vendor Name – Supplier associated with the orders.
  • Purchase Order Count – Number of purchase orders issued to the vendor.
  • Amount– Total value of all purchase orders.
    This report helps you track vendor activity and purchasing trends over time.

3. Inventory Summary Report

The Inventory Summary provides a real-time snapshot of item movements and current stock status. It includes:

  • Item Name – The product name.
  • SKU – The product’s unique code.
  • Quantity Ordered – Number of units ordered from vendors.
  • Quantity In– Items received into inventory.
  • Quantity Out– Items issued, sold, or transferred out.
  • Stock on Hand – Current physical stock available.
  • Committed Stock – Stock reserved for existing sales or tasks.
  • Available for Sale– Stock ready for new sales or allocation.
    This report supports stock planning, reduces overstock or stockouts, and ensures product availability.

4. Inventory Valuation Summary

The Inventory Valuation Summary shows the financial value of your current stock. It includes:

  • Item Name – The product name.
  • SKU – Stock Keeping Unit.
  • Stock on Hand– Current inventory count.
  • Inventory Asset Value – Total monetary value of available stock based on cost price.
    This report is crucial for accounting, asset management, and end-of-period financial reporting.
