My Task Section

The My Task section displays all tasks assigned to the logged-in user for easy tracking and management.

Key Details Displayed:

Field Description
Task (Short Code) A unique identifier for the task (e.g., MRA-24).
Project Project the task belongs to.
Milestone Summary Linked milestones, if any.
Assigned To Assigned user(s) responsible for the task.
Priority Priority level (High, Medium, Low).
Description Brief or detailed description of the task.
Files Documents or media attached to the task.

Task Features Overview

CRM Leaf tasks come with built-in capabilities for better team collaboration and task tracking:

  • Sub Task – Divide tasks into smaller, actionable steps.

Task Board


The Task Board offers a visual view of task progress through drag-and-drop status columns.

Task Status Columns:

Waiting for Approval

Use this section to validate task completion before finalizing them.

Purpose:

  • Ensures tasks meet quality standards before closure.
  • Provides a layer of review from managers or stakeholders.
    Process:
  • Task is updated to Waiting for Approval after completion.
  • It moves to the corresponding column on the Task Board.
  • Approver either marks it Completed or sends it to Resubmitted with feedback.
  • Pin Task
    Highlight important tasks using the Pin Task feature.
  • What It Does:
    Pins a task to the top of your task view for quick access and better visibility.
  • How to Pin:
    Find the task in Tasks or My Task view.
  • Click the Pin icon next to the task title.
