A Timesheet in CRM Leaf is a digital tool used to track and record the time employees spend on various tasks and projects. How to Log Time (Manual Entry)


To manually log time:

  1. Navigate to Work > Timesheets.
  2. Click Add Time Entry.

Fill in the following fields:

Field Description
Project Select the project associated with the task.
Task Choose the task the time is being logged against.
Employee Select the employee entering the time.
Start Date/Time Specify when the task began.
End Date/Time Specify when the task ended.
Memo (Optional) Add notes or context about the work performed.

Timesheet Overview

All submitted timesheet entries are listed in a tabular format for quick reference and review.

Total Hours Duration of work logged.
Earnings

Automatically calculated using hourly rate × total hours (if applicable).

Weekly Timesheets

The Weekly Timesheet feature enables users to log multiple time entries across different days in one go, simplifying time tracking for employees who work on recurring or multi-day tasks.

How to Add a Weekly Timesheet:

  1. Go to Work > Timesheets > Weekly Timesheet.
  2. Click Add Weekly Timesheet.
  3. Select:
  4. Employee: Who the entries belong to.Project and Task: The task/project for the week.
  5. Enter time entries for each day of the week (e.g., Monday to Sunday).
  6. Click Submit to save.
