You’ll get to know the following info from [timesheet](https://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/update-tasks-timesheet/):

-   Hours spent on a task by a resource, in a day.
-   Hours spent on a task by a resource, over a week.
-   Total hours spent by a resource, in a day.
-   Total hours spent by a resource, over a week.

**How can I use the [Weekly Timesheet](https://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/?post_type=post&p=6298) for Time Entry?**

-   Navigate on the left menu to Time Log > Weekly Timesheet
-   By default, it will show all your Created & updated tasks in the current week.
-   Navigate to any particular task & log your time on a particular day in the HH:MM format. You can click ![](https://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/billable.png) to mark the time log as billable.
-   To add a new time entry, click on ‘Add Line Item’ at the bottom > Select project & task > Log your time & Save.

**How can I use the [Daily Timesheet](https://helpdesk.orangescrum.com/can-i-edit-a-time-log-from-the-daily-timesheet/) for Time Entry?**                                           

-   Navigate on the left menu to Time log from the left panel.
-   Click on the Daily Timesheet tab.
-   To log time, click on + Add line item to select a Project and Tasks to log time.
-   After selecting the Project and Task, entry time under the Hours column with format HH:MM
-   Add a Note (optional) to time entries and mark your log time as billable or non-billable as well.
-   Click on “Save” to successfully log time for the tasks.

 **Who can have Access to Timesheet and what you can View?**

Timesheet is available for all users.

-   **Owner & Admin** can view and log time for all resources in Timesheet and can edit/delete each time entry.
-   **User & Client** can view and log time for himself and can edit/delete their own time entries.
