Yes, you can get custom workflow for your project by using Task Status Group add-on.
- Click on the ‘Feature’ option from the left panel.
- Click on ‘Workflow Mgmt.’ from the expanded menu.
- Click on ’Create new task status group’ to create a custom workflow
By default you will have 4 status, New, In-progress, closed, resolved. You can edit or add your own task status.
- Enter the name of your desired workflow
- Click on ‘Add Status’ to add more task status. Refer below image.
- Once all required actions are done, press ‘Enter’ to save your changes.
