Project Roadmap
#
The Project Roadmap provides a clear overview of all ongoing projects in one organized view. It helps users track progress, manage timelines, and understand team responsibilities at a glance. This section is designed for efficiency and transparency, making it easy to stay aligned and focused.
#Fields in the Project Roadmap
- Code: A unique project identifier or code used for quick reference and easier tracking, especially when dealing with many projects.
- Project Name: The official name or title of the project. It should clearly indicate the scope or objective for easy recognition.
- Members:The list of team members assigned to the project. This shows who is actively involved in executing project tasks.
- Start Date: The date on which the project work is scheduled to begin. This helps in timeline planning and resource readiness.
- Deadline: The project’s targeted completion date. Helps monitor project health and identify upcoming or overdue projects.
- Client: The name of the client or organization for whom the project is being executed. Essential for client-specific reporting and relationship tracking.
- Status: Displays the current stage of the project—such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, On Hold, or Cancelled. This provides quick insight into the overall project lifecycle.
- Action: Typically includes interactive buttons or options like View, Edit, Delete, or Archive for managing the project directly from the dashboard.
