Round Robin Method

What is Round Robin?
Round Robin is a lead or task assignment strategy that ensures fair and equal distribution among team members.

Equal Distribution: Tasks are split evenly across agents.
Sequential Assignment: New leads are assigned one-by-one in order.
Fair Rotation: Prevents overload by cycling through agents.
Example:
If you have three agents — Agent A, Agent B, and Agent C — assignments follow this pattern:
1st Lead → Agent A
2nd Lead → Agent B
3rd Lead → Agent C
4th Lead → Agent A
(and so on…)
This method ensures balanced workloads and efficient task management.
