Displays the total length of each Zoom meeting, offering insights into how much time was spent in discussions.
Start Date to End Date
Clearly outlines the full time frame of each meeting, making it easy to track scheduling and session length.
Status Tracking
Shows the current status of each meeting—whether it is scheduled, ongoing, or completed—allowing for better follow-up and planning.
Search and Filter Tools
Start Typing to Search
A smart search bar helps you instantly locate specific meetings based on titles, dates, or keywords.
Advanced Filters
Customize your meeting view using multiple filters, such as:
Project – See meetings linked to specific projects.
Client – Sort meetings by associated clients.
Employee – View meetings attended or hosted by particular team members.
Category – Organize meetings by type or category for clarity.
Meeting Details Displayed
Each listed Zoom meeting includes:
Meeting ID – A unique identifier for easy reference.
Meeting Title – A clear, descriptive name for quick recognition.
Meeting Host – The person who created or is hosting the meeting.
Start On / End On – Scheduled times for the meeting’s start and end.
Status – Real-time status to indicate if a meeting is pending, live, or completed.
Action Options – Buttons to edit, reschedule, or take other relevant actions.
Additional Functionalities
Add Meeting – Easily create and schedule new Zoom meetings from within the platform.
Export – Download meeting data (e.g., to Excel or PDF) for reporting, tracking, or backup.
Table View – Access a structured, tabular layout for quick review and bulk actions.
