Attendance Module: Import, Export, Quick Actions & FAQs

#Import Attendance (Bulk Upload)

  • Path: HRMS > Attendance > Import Attendance
  • Steps:
  • Upload a file in .xls, .xlsx, or .csv format.
  • Ensure datetime format is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.
  • Map file fields with system fields during the upload process.
  • Confirm and process the import.
  • Check for and resolve any import errors post-upload.

#Export Attendance

Export attendance data for reporting, audits, or payroll purposes.

Path: HRMS > Attendance > Export

  • Downloads data in Excel (.xlsx) format.
  • Includes key fields: Employee, Date, Clock In/Out, Status, Location, etc.
