Rename a work-item checklist group
Writes workitemchecklistgroups.name only; system groups need allowsystemgrouprename (else 403).
/api/v1/partner/work-items/checklist/groups/renameWrites work_item_checklist_groups.name only; system groups need allow_system_group_rename (else 403). Payload: {work_item_group_id*, name*}.
